GUESTS
Upon arrival, your vaccination card will be requested. The use of masks, as well as the distance of 1 to 2 meters, will be mandatory.
RECEPTION
The receptionist will receive you wearing a mask and will proceed to disinfect your hands and luggage.
The key will be disinfected and delivered in a basket, in addition, to avoid contact, it is recommended that payment be by transfer; in case it is with card or cash, it will be disinfected.
RESTAURANT / BAR
We have large environments, the tables are with a distance of 2 meters between each table.
Employees wear a mask; there is a constant disinfection of surfaces and tables.
HOUSEKEEPING
Upon arrival, their temperature will be taken and then their hands, shoes, and luggage will be disinfected. The use of masks, as well as the distance of 1 to 2 meters, will be mandatory.
COLLABORATORS AND SUPPLIERS
The collaborators, depending on the area to which they belong, use the appropriate protection.
In addition, our entire Hotel has wide spaces which helps us with ventilation.
In each public area that has tables and/or armchairs, there is a minimum distance of 1 meter.
Each measure taken has the objective of guaranteeing a pleasant visit, as well as taking care of the health of our guests and team.
